Community Housing Fund Donations

In 2020, our Community Housing Team successfully facilitated over 400 leases in the community through partnerships with individual property owners and managers. This year we’re trying to more than double that through the How to House campaign along with the Austin Justice Coalition.

In order to do so, we need to raise Risk Mitigation funds to negotiate new partnerships. Risk Mitigation funds are a dedicated funding stream that can be tapped in cases of outstanding rental balances or damages when the initial lease expires.
