Donations for Alan Isaacson
Austin recently lost a tireless advocate for people who are most vulnerable in our community. Alan Isaacson served on ECHO’s Board of Directors for several years starting in 2011, the year our organization was founded, showing a “relentless focus on the need to meet those experiencing homelessness where they are in order to help them move forward,” as current board member Ed McHorse remembers. “Alan treated everyone with dignity and respect and was a role model in servant leadership.”
Alan lost his battle with COVID-19 last week. We will miss him and his fierce determination to make life better for everyone in our community. Alan’s family requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to ECHO or another community organization on his behalf. You can donate in his memory using the form below.
