The Systems Improvement Committee works to evaluate the effects that other systems (education, child welfare, healthcare, mental health, criminal justice, transportation, environmental, etc.) have on the Homelessness Response System (HRS) and develop strategies to actively engage those systems in ending homelessness in our community.
