The Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 19th from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Neighborhood Housing & Community Development. At this meeting ECHO’s general membership will announce their 2011 achievements and plans for 2012 and the voting members will elect the Membership Council for 2012.
