(12K)Annually, ECHO must update its Housing Inventory Chart, a complete list of all homeless housing programs in the CoC and submit it to HUD. -

2013 Count Report
(1.7M)The Point-in-Time Count is a one-day, statistically reliable, unduplicated count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and families in Austin/Travis County. It is required that communities applying for HUD Continuum of Care funding to serve the homeless do a count each year in the last week of January. Programs that have beds dedicated to serve homeless individuals and families also conduct a bed inventory during the count. -
